Set up an evening habit check-in
I want to build [habit] for [reason]. Ask for a small daily target, my timezone, an evening window, whether I want a check-in every day or only on chosen days, and a simple way to score it. Once I agree to the schedule, check in and record my answer, not an assumed result. Send a weekly summary to me with missed days shown honestly. Ask before sharing the score with anyone else.
The Autopilot Pack is a mobile web app with 28 copy-ready Instinct instructions, four working sheets and a seven-day setup plan. The PDF is a bonus download. The £25-35 tracker-and-setup tier and private community are future ideas, not included in this £5.99 pack.
